Why Tuning Up Your Body Matters

The same as cleaning your teeth increases their longevity and maintaining your car improves the performance, your body benefits from regular tune-ups. Therapies such as massage, dry needling, photobiomodulation and corrective exercises are all offered by Chris within remedial message treatments at Studio Ness. Routine body maintenance ensures you are always able to feel your best by being proactive about maintaining the health of your body to prevent injuries and pain onset.

What's Included

Our Remedial
Massage Services

Full Body Assessment

Your first session begins with a full-body assessment that looks at your posture and how you move. The assessment gives us a more detailed understanding of contributing factors to any of your discomfort and helps guide your treatment to ensure an effective outcome. See greater progress in the long run by having an informed plan of attack.

Hands On Manual Therapy

Your session includes massage along with other techniques when appropriate including corrective exercises to improve body functioning. We utilise an all-encompassing approach the restores joint mobility and reduces muscle tension, allowing you to move more freely.

Corrective Exercises

Once we decrease the tension in your body, our therapists work with you to increase control of tis new range of motion using personalised, corrective exercises.

Chris Munn

The Difference

As an exercise physiologist and remedial massage therapist, Chris’s full-body remedial massage treatment approach goes beyond a band-aid approach of massaging the sore areas for short term relief. Treatments promote balance by decreasing tension, reducing pain, aligning your posture, increasing your range of motion, and building your strength.
