Home care packages are government-funded programs that help older adults live independently at home while improving their quality of life. Through these packages, seniors can access individual, personalised exercise physiology services including hydrotherapy, which can be offered through Home Visits or in our Studio. At Studio Ness you can also use your packages to join our wonderful, tailored exercise classes that focus on keeping seniors active, boosting cognitive function, preventing falls, managing chronic conditions, and enhancing mental well-being.

Referrals are required for any of our specialised services, such as Chronic Disease Management Plans, Type 2 Diabetes Care Plans, DVA, Work Cover & NDIS. Our regular classes do not require a referral.
New members are required to complete an individual consultation before joining our classes. This helps us understand your goals and tailor your experience accordingly. Book your 30 minute consult here.
We offer bulk billing for Chronic Disease Management Plans, Type 2 Diabetes Care Plans, DVA, Work Cover & NDIS.
Depending on your level of cover, you may be able to claim your Clinical Pilates sessions on Private Health. Please check with your provider to see if you are covered under rebate code 502.
