Studio Pilates Class
Clinical Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that can support your overall health. It’s a great way to improve your strength, balance, coordination and mobility.
Fitness Class
Our Fitness Classes combine cardio, weights, balance & agility and are designed to give you a full body workout.
Hydrotherapy Class
Hydrotherapy is a beautiful, gentle way to exercise. It’s low impact, so it’s gentle on your joints, while the warmth and buoyancy of the water can help to soothe aches and pains.
FAQs
Referrals are required for any of our specialised services, such as Chronic Disease Management Plans, Type 2 Diabetes Care Plans, DVA, Work Cover & NDIS. Our regular classes and remedial massages do not require a referral.
New members are required to complete an individual consultation before joining our classes. This helps us understand your goals and tailor your experience accordingly. Book your 30 minute consult here.
We offer bulk billing for Chronic Disease Management Plans, Type 2 Diabetes Care Plans, DVA, Work Cover & NDIS.
Depending on your level of cover, you may be able to claim your Clinical Pilates sessions on Private Health. Please check with your provider to see if you are covered under rebate code 502.
