My Exercise Physiology philosophy:
I want to empower the community through education and movement for a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life. I’ll also show you just how much you CAN do.
What do you love about Studio Ness?
The light hearted community that the Studio is!
Making movement fun, full of laughter and post-exercise coffee groups, whilst each week you rock up and you feel stronger, confident and healthier!
Favourite Rehabilitation Exercise to prescribe:
I like to learn what your goals are and develop a plan that will help you reach them! If that is improving your mobility for lawn bowls or a golf swing, or building up your endurance to get back to walking or being able to climb stairs.
Favourite Exercise to do yourself:
Heavy barbell strength work makes me feel strong! I love team sports like netball for high -intensity exercise.
Bragging rites/ Fun facts:
- Opened a private Exercise Physiology clinic in Victoria during Covid.
- I’ve visited 27 countries, hoping to make New Zealand country 28.
- A strong belief that pants should not exist without pockets.
- PB 100kg deadlift, that’s 1.92 x my body mass.
Life Motto:
Live a life you’ll never say “I wish I had done that”.
What my Studio Ness Team would say about me in one sentence:
“Energetic and analytical. I’m never sure if she’s under the influence of caffeine or if it’s just her personality”.
”A pocket size ball of energy. Super passionate about what she does and always make me laugh”.
